ELIGIBILITY: Open only to
legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and residing in the 50 United States (includes DC). Employees of the American Automobile Association, Inc. ("AAA")
("Sponsor"), GMR Marketing LLC ("GMR"), Daytona International Speedway, LLC, Disney
Destinations, LLC, Walt Disney Travel Co, Inc. and their respective affiliates,
subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, officers, directors,
and employees and any promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes,
and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household,
are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Go online to
www.AAA.com/motorsports between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (E.T.) August 15, 2007
and 11:59 p.m. E.T. November 30, 2007 ("Promotional Time Period"), complete an
official entry form and survey to be automatically entered in the AAA "Celebrating
50" Sweepstakes. If you have special needs within the meaning of the Americans
with Disabilities Act, and require assistance to participate in the program,
please call (262) 780-6164. Sponsor, GMR, Daytona International Speedway, LLC,
affiliates, sales representatives, participating retailers, distributors and
promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes are not
responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entrant must
include all data requested for the Sweepstakes entry to be valid. Limit one
entry per person. Subsequent entries from the same individual will be
automatically disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries
received.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE which includes: (1) AAA Vacations®
package for four (4) to the Walt Disney World® Resort
with roundtrip coach-class airfare for four (4) to Orlando International
Airport (from major airport near winner’s physical place of residence at time
of entry as chosen by Sponsor); Roundtrip airport transfers via Disney's
Magical Express transportation; four (4) nights accommodations at a select
Walt Disney World® Resort hotel in Sponsor’s discretion, in one
(1) standard room; Four (4) three
day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper® option, and
exclusive AAA Vacations® benefits (includes Disney's Story Time Experience, AAA Vacations®
Diamond Card, AAA Diamond Parking, and AAA
Vacations® keepsake luggage Tag. Advance reservations, reservation voucher and
valid Theme Park admission required for Disney
Story Time Experience. Seating is limited and subject
to availability; operates on select days of the week and certain blackout

tickets to the 50th running of the DAYTONA 500® on Sunday, February
17, 2008 (seating is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) with
ground transportation to and from the Walt Disney World Resort and $500
spending cash for the winner only (to be awarded in the form of a Visa cash
card). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the grand prize trip is $4,350.
Actual value of prize may vary based on point of origination and airfare
fluctuations. Grand Prize is for winner and three (3) guests. Grand Prize must
be taken on February 14, 2008 to February 18, 2008. Grand Prize winner and
guests must room together and travel together from the same airport, as well as
possess required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID) prior
to departure. Grand Prize winner’s guests must be 18 years of age or older.
Grand Prize does not include meals, hotel room service; laundry service;
alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, spa services; local and long
distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities; all incidental expenses; travel
insurance; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise expressly mentioned
herein. Accommodations are subject to availability and some restrictions may
apply. If winner is unable to complete trip on the dates specified by the
Sponsor, the winner shall forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety and an
alternate winner will be selected. Prize consists only of items specifically
listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Grand
Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, redeemed for cash value
or rescheduled to dates other specified. Vacation must be taken on the dates
specified
BONUS OPPORTUNITY: If the
AAA sponsored car designated by the Sponsor is declared the winner of the DAYTONA
500 an additional $50,000 cash in the form of a corporate check, will be
awarded to Grand Prize winner by Sponsor. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are
non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same
approximate retail value. Certain conditions and restrictions apply.

FORTY EIGHT (48) SECOND PRIZES:
$100 Retailer Gift Cards. Gift Card will be selected at the sole discretion
of the Sponsor. (ARV: $100 each.)
Value of all Prizes to be
awarded is $9,650 or $59,650 depending on outcome of Bonus Opportunity. See
Bonus Opportunity section.
WINNERS: The Grand, First,
and Second Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing on or about December 5,
2007 by GMR, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are
final. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone/express mail
to the address indicated on the entry on or about December 5, 2007. To become
eligible for prize, the potential Grand Prize winner must complete, sign, and
return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and
publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after notice is sent,
or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be
selected, time permitting. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as
part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same
approximate retail value. All taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use,
acceptance and possession of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor
will comply with all tax reporting obligations. If the Grand Prize winner is a
minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the
name of, or to, the winner’s parent/legal guardian, who must execute all
documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on
behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to
an alternate winner. In such a case, the Grand Prize winner would become the
travel companion to his/her parent/legal guardian. The Grand Prize winner’s
guests must also complete, sign, and return an acceptable affidavit of
eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release prior
to the trip. The potential First and Second Prize winners will be notified by express
mail to the address indicated on the entry within four (4) to six (6) weeks
following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. If any notification is returned as
undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate
winner will be selected. Any necessary alternate winners will be selected in a
similar random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s and guest’s
consent that their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used
for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without
additional notice, compensation, or consent.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES,
participants release and hold harmless AAA, GMR, Daytona International
Speedway, LLC, Disney Destinations, LLC, Walt Disney Travel Co, Inc. and their
respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, and agents, the Daytona Beach Racing & Recreational Facilities
District, the County of Volusia and the City of Daytona Beach from any and all
liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in
connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won, including any injuries,
loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in
the Sweepstakes. Entry constitutes acceptance of all Official Rules. Sponsor is
not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this
offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. In
the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the
integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event
including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion,
labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment
failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist
threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or
regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably
within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor
shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend,
cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation and, if so,
Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from
among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force
Majeure event. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only. Do not enter if you are not located in the United States. If for any
reason the Sweepstakes, including the online portion, is not capable of running
as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that
corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves
the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor or GMR
Marketing LLC deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, with appropriate
alternate method of prize award selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of
qualification for a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or
technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online
systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any
e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic,
congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof,
including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer
related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this
Sweepstakes. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB
SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION
OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW. Contest entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or
automated means are ineligible and will be disqualified. All entries must
include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of dispute as to
the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning
entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is
the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other
organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the
e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
